Single sessions are available for clients that have mild symptoms or want a top up after a course of treatments.

We recommend a course of six sessions ideally taken twice a week over 3 weeks, with a minimum of 48 hours between sessions.

This longer course is recommended for those with more severe symptoms. Taken twice a week over 4 weeks, with a minimum of 48 hours between sessions.
